I was having problems with my old Stiletto 100, which finally died. Trying to get technical help from sirius was useless. I also got a multitude of different answers from different people on how to replace my radio from just order a new one on the website, to cancel your sub & start again, to FINALLY, I when called to cancel they offered me a free Status 6, hey it was free (+ shipping), and let me continue with my current subscription and change it to ala carte, which is what I wanted anyway. Now if they would improve the sound quality...
Do they train their service reps? Anyone with similar experiences?
