Over the weekend, all my pre-programmed XM stations vanished. Now only that but some of the stations are no longer accessible at all even via manual tuning. I have enjoyed XM for 7 years but have always found the customoer service to be by far the worst I have ever experienced of any company in the USA. Now, the foreign low wage customer service folks in the Philippines cannot even locate me as a customer to figure out what is going on. The corporate customer service line I used to use has been discontinued. I could understand all of this if I lived in the backwoods of Uganda but here this is all just a total disgrace. Much as I like it, I see no choice but to discontinue the service given that no customer service is available.
