Hey folks,

so I've been scouring the web, and there is a trending complaint that subscribers radios have dropped signal in the past 24-48 hours. I put two calls in to SiriusXM and was answered by two separate agents. One in the Philippines and the other in Canada. Both of them gave the same reason.

Over the past two weeks, the company had been offering free listening for customers with deactivated or inactive radios. After the promotional period was over, a deactivation signal was sent out. Unfortunately several subscribers have been effected by this as well. They are currently working to alleviate the problem, and expect a resolution within 24-48 hours.
