I have a Starmate Replay. My subscription renews once a year, up until today that is. I've received the same results with customer service as others on the forum. My radio still won't operate. This has pushed me past the point of no return. I'm canceling my service as soon as I can bring myself to sit and deal with the less than subpar customer service again... I had to laugh though when the english as a second-language rep tried to sell me another radio at the end of the call. I feel like an idiot, being this upset over something that doesn't have a pulse. Any dealing with SIRIUS is torturous at best. Howard sucks without Artie anyway...
Ok, I can confirm that my unit is working again. "Subscription updated" and have access to channels now, though I haven't checked them all. Glad they got it fixed and I hope all of your radios are back as well.
Mine SCH2P started working again at 8:04pm PDT.
Checked this morning and mine's working again.
Starmate Replay ST2 - Signal went out yesterday morning. Rebooted, tried sending activation. My unit is still dead this morning. I'm glad Howard is off this week.
