    Thanks so much!!!! I wrote to them last night before going to bed after reading your suggestion. I received a call this morning from a representative who thanked me for reaching out via social media. She knew exactly what happened to my account and why it happened. More importantly, she fixed the whole thing in ten minutes and then called me back to confirm.
