How Can Sirius Stock Be Going Down Today!!!!

What is the goddamn deal with this stock???
Sirius has posted narrower losses, and OH YEAH, the long awaited merger was approved friday, what, stock goes up on speculation and goes down on facts?
This stock market is only for inside trading, cause I never know what the hell is going on. Im sick of this.

Don't give in and sell, whatever you do.

I'm sure there is some kind of manipulation going on.

Trading down can easily be explained by exhausted retail longs giving up, disappointed merger poppers, "selling the news" for those fortunate enough to have bought in ~1.80.

The thing I can't wrap my head around is why the arb gap hasn't closed significantly. Short of the FCC actually making an annoucement, every major headline has related its approval to the public.

The arb gap has widened in fact. I am not selling anything until the arb gap closes.

no sell until i make my money back

Oh I wont sell, I will either lose all my money or break even, I have given up on profit from this merger, as Dubya said, I think Wall Street is drunk too.
Merger approved Friday, and subscriber news good, so lets see, lets drop the stock 30 cents, yes Wall Street is drunk.

    Smile

This wait is tormenting, but I guess we have been waiting for so long that should be used to by now, I am tired of looking at the computer, I am going to play group with my kids, I hope when I get back there'll be light at the end of the tunel.
Good luck to you guys and leave some for me!!
