Nothing but static at home......

from the wife and the system. Have been a long time subscriber with sirius and just replaced my dead unit with a stratus6. I got a great deal on 2 units and service. The car unit works great but i can't get a clear signal at home .
I use the same fm station and locations as the old units. When i cup my hands around the reciever everthing clears
up. what am i doing wrong?

I'm guessing it was power interference from either a power cord or another piece of equipment?
