My Sirius radio died, can I take my lifetime subscription to this car radio??

I am the owner of an old streamer 1st generation with a lifetime subscription with sirius... my car streamer is now dead and I would like to know if we can replace my old one for this car radio, has someone installed this radio with the SIRIUS lifetime subscription? the turner is a SXV100, I don't want to spend all that money to fing out it can't be done.
please help.

Your original radio was Sirius, this new Alpine radio has an XM tuner so, you will not be able transfer your lifetime subscription.

You can only go from Sirius to Sirius or XM to XM.
