Howard Davidowitz, chairman of Davidowitz & Associates Inc., says retail is "very, very mixed" because the consumer continues to be in "terrible shape." Davidowitz talks with Bloomberg's Ken Prewitt and Tom Keene on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
