    Siri Stock Thread Oct 2011

    I see Tyler has some news on the OEM front and it looks to be good for the subcriber count front. If Tyler is correct and they get anywhere near that 1,052,660 then I feel safe in saying that they will get (at least) 425,000 subs for the quarter. Always remember I am giving you a base line number and while there are subtractions that will have to be added in, the additions that I dont account for will almost always more then make up for any of those subtrations in subs such as a, higher churn will be cancelled out by retail.

    David Faber - Hypocrite

    I was watching the All-Cramer-All-the-Time network this morning (formerly known as CNBC) which, when Jeff Immelt is not busy perpetuating "Asian Call-Girl" stereotypes by having Melissa Lee dress up like a hooker and do a gratuitous "news-piece" on "Porn: Business of Pleasure," is waxing poetic about the injustices of "anonymous posts" on the internet.

    Take this morning for example, the sanctimonious David Fibber was railing against certain "bloggers" and "anonymous posters" (whom he would not name) who's erroneous postings he regarded as potentially detrimental to Morgan Stanley.

    A very stone-faced Jimmy Cramer whole-heartedly agreed.

    Talk about the height of hypocrisy . . . David Fibber, a guy who never allowed the facts to get in the way of a good story . . . like the time he warned viewers that Siri needs a 13mm OEM run-rate to break-even (try again Davey-Boy);

    And Jimmy Cramer? Did Jimmy forget about his little blog . . . thestreet.con . . . Scott Nowits . . . Marek Fuchs (and don't forget Marek's wife Lori . . yes, Lori Fuchs). Guess Jimmy conveniently forgot about his bloggers-in-chief.

    Oh well . . . Booya!

    Be careful. The market may have more to say to the downside. Just in time to trump any good news out of the company.
