Reception Issue

Searched for this issue with no luck, so posting in the hopes that someone can help me out.

I installed a Sirrius Sporster radio in my Nissan Xterra. I must have wired something incorrectly - here is the issue. I'm set to 89.3 for the Sirius radio, but if i change channels to listen to AM/FM station, I just get static. If I power down the Sirius radio, the AM/FM station comes in fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you used an FM Direct Connect Adapter to your FM Radio this is normal. The Direct Adapter blocks out static, and FM interference, and disables AM also.
