Trying to find Mazda promo code to extend service after the 6 mos.

Bought my CX9 in January. Have decided to keep Sirius for 3 yrs after the free 6 mos.
In my brochure, it quotes a price to do so IF I do it before the 6 mos is up. Called Sirius and told there is no such offer, unless I have a promo code from Mazda. Called my dealer, he has never heard of such a code. Even though I have the material straight from Sirius.
Anyone else have had this problem?
