    6/27/2008 - late filing...

    Primosphere is such a ghost. They fall off the radar for weeks at a time.

    Todays latest ex parte filings reveal nothing, which in my opinion, is a good thing. There was a late filing from another Mn. Democrat asking for 20% of private radios spectrum (as opposed to public radio)

    and a meeting with sirius and xm with McDowell on the 3rd. There have been no meetings it seems since the second with Tate. This could be winding down.
