The NAB is trying to stop the vote today!

They must know its coming! Keep in mind that before you read this, it has to do with the allegations of C3SR, which have been addressed by siri-xm attorneys and already dismissed by the FCC. It looks to me like they are trying to establish grounds for an appeal...

I wonder if anyone in the FCC office is as frustrated as I am with the same repetitive legalize BS that they not only have the pleasure of hearing from the NAB themselves, but anyone else with connection to them, specifically C3SR. It's like they take a form letter with talking points and just spam the commissioners from every angle possible.

That can either show a united front against the merger, or it can show the desperation of a bunch of people without a leg to stand on. I wonder which way the FCC see's it.

Funny thing is the words "monopoly" and "antitrust" keep coming up as reasons for the FCC to deny the merger.......I guess the NAB is not aware of the DOJ ruling?

I wonder why they haven't tried to have the DOJ reverse it's ruling?

They must have missed the press release in March. Maybe they were on commercial at the time.
