    Good news!

    I am fairly certain you will have to cancel xm and add sirius. The subscription databases and customer service departments have not yet merged (I know... it stinks).

    Ah, I thought you had XM to begin with.

    Each lifetime Sirius subscription account can be transferred a total of 3 times for a $75 fee.

    Yeah, I knew I had Sirius but I people kept telling me that my Sirius subscription would carry over to XM (which my car came with).

    The nav system comes with Sirius, but the problem is that voids the 90 day free XM subscription. Not that big of a deal.

    That is interesting that you had transfer it 3 times though. She told me since it was in my car she was not suppsoed to, but that she was going to let me do it just because I just been a customer for so long.

    No matter what the reason, great customer service and I am happy this got resolved.
