Anyone else having problems with iTouch login to XM?

I just started XM after 5 years with Sirius. I'm trying to log in with my iTouch to the online radio service. I keep getting "Basic Account Restricted" you must get premium online service.
I do have the online service, I pay an extra $2.99/month. I've called xm & they say there is a known problem & they are working on it.
Do you have an iTouch??
Does your iTouch work with the xm app?
please help, xm service people were no help.

I assume you have the upgraded internet radio option? If not, that is why you are seeing this error.
