    I-Pod plug same as Sirius?

I had to hook my ipod to my Alpine CDA9847 via a PAC iPod® Adapter for Alpine Item #127ICALPA. Can I use this same plug that the i-pod uses to play music through for the Sirius radio output? Or should I use the fm tuner instead?

Wrong connector, it is actually the perepheral paxA02-pxa07: http://peripheralelectronics.com/pro...trSearch=PXA02

It is a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack so it should be the same for both if I am not mistaken. Use the direct connect all the way, the sound is far superior. Merry Christmas

Similar question. I want to direct wire my starmate to my chevy impala on long trips. Keeps me from having to change stations on the FM receiver. Is the cable 1/4 to 1/4? Does anyone know where i can get one with a right angle plug so it doesn't stick so far out?

It is funny you ask that as the only place I could find a right angle 1/4 was on ebay (from a vendor not used) and it was dirt cheap ($2). I checked the local BB, CC, and RS with no luck... ebay came through
