FYI - Per xm customer support, the existing apps will not work with new blackberry models. I've confirmed by trying every one of them. Has anyone encountered this issue or had any resolve?

I had this problem with my new blackberry mobile so I just complained in to the my blackberry costumer care and I got that problem. I think you should have to take help of our home town blackberry costumer care help.
I have Blackberry Bold 9000 and works fine. And my brother have Onyx 9700 and say it too.
