Hey JS, I read the following post from poster named foxy on the hub:

"O.K.-- HERE IS ALL THE RUSSELL Indexes INFO FYI:

This year, May 28th serves as our official "ranking date", when the
largest US and global companies are ranked to form the preliminary US
and global reconstitution portfolios. June is the month that the
preliminary reconstitution portfolios are communicated to the
marketplace, with the official open file of our newly reconstituted
    portfolios debuting on June 28th.

If a stock is trading below $1.00 USD before May 28th, it will not meet
the requirements for inclusion in any of our Russell Indices. If it is
trading over $1.00 USD at May 28th, it is eligible for inclusion.
If, between May 28th and June 28th, the stock falls below $1.00 USD, we
will delete it's membership as this is a period of review and allows for
any corrections to membership, shares, and corporate actions.

If the stock is still included in the Russell Indices after June 28th,
and drops below $1.00 USD in, say, July- it will be captured by our
daily corporate actions report and deleted from membership. Once
deleted, it will not be eligible for re-inclusion until the following
    reconstitution period.

It is important to note that our reconstitution process and indices
methodology are not subjective- they are completely objective and
transparent. I have attached a copy of our US Index Methodology for you
that references our recon process and our rules-based methodology.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional
    questions.
    Many thanks and kind regards,
    Courtney "

The statement about being automatically deleted from consideration during the evaluation period if it trades again below a dollar again troubled me but I can see where it would make some sense? I have been unable to document the statement to date...are you aware if this is an accurate statement or not?

Blues is right up his alley. He sometimes brings his band, EZ and the HEAT. I think he's open to sharing the deck with other musicians also. The weather is looking like it might rain and that puts an end to the music when that happens.

Give me a call or stop by the store on your way through town.

SIRI is holding right at a dollar for now. I think this is the all important day for us to close above a dollar in order to get back in the Russle Index.

Well, I enjoyed watching the last few minutes of the market today, especially SIRI...this stock has made me a good amount of money since I got in back when it was $0.07, facing bankruptcy, and common sense was telling me to stay away. You have to take a chance now and then, don't you? I've been long ever since and made purchases at .11, .17, and .22.

I'm no expert in investing, and I just consider myself lucky having jumped into it not long ago and been nothing but successful (except for one experiment with SGBI). So, I don't understand the market on a professional level, but I did manage to call (to myself) what might happen today. I figured that if, during the last minute of trading, SIRI was over $1, there would be some quick buying. It kind of looked that way pushing up to $1.03 all of a sudden after bouncing between $1.00 and $1.01 most of the day.

This leads to my question...will there be apparent buying pressure come Tuesday in anticipation of the future with the Russel Index and its effects? Or do we expect to see more bouncing between $1.00-$1.03 next week? Does anyone anticipate the possibility of it getting beaten down on Tuesday and closing <$1.00? I may be mistaken, but I was under the impression that a stock must not close under $1.00 during the entire Russel reconstitution process.

Well I said I would update my projections as data came in and Edmonds just came out with a May estimate of 1,080,000 OEMs sold. If that holds then you can expect SIRIXM will have at least 245,000 new subscribers for this quarter so far with June do go. Since June is usually better then May or April I think it is safe to say that they should have at least 100,000 in that month. That means that they will have about 500,000 new sub adds in the first half of the year. I think this is why Mel was forced to give a revised projection so early it would have just looked foolish to change a yearly projection after you already passed it and still had half a year left to go.

As a caution: First if those projections are correct the rest of the metrics will pay the price for the exrta cost of all those extra subs. Second, the 3rd quarter OEM sales are not usually all that great and so dont expect them to bust the sub number that much.

I am a bit more bearish than Edmunds, but I do need to tip my hat to their accuracy. I am actually thinking the number will be a bit below 1,000,000 units. Edmunds is relying on big numbers this weekend. I simply think that this weekend will not deliver the huge push people are thinking. Either way, the diff between me and Edmunds is negligible in terms of meaning to Sirius XM

Tyler, you should have waited and known better then to go against Edmonds they have been the most consistant in accuracy at least when it comes to their short term projections on OEMs.
