    It won't happen though. The housing market is still languishing, and interest rates definitely effect it. Interestingly, my wife and I did some house hunting, and houses were actually being "bid up" from their asking prices.

    We decided to stay in this house at least for another year. I'm paranoid about taking on new debt, and this house will be paid for in 7 years.
