    Part 4

"You can attract more institutional investors who might be restricted by the very low share price. The company realizes that, and they're weighing it against the negatives, like the short-selling it could trigger," Amobi says. "Even if you went up to $5 or more, I don't think all institutional investors who were prohibited before are going to rush in. Risk tolerance could still be a factor."

At the very least, subsiding delisting fears may help establish a floor for Sirius XM's share price. "You can debate how much upside there is, but it becomes a bit like a self-fulfilling prophecy," says Wunderlich's Hooligan. "If the stock stays above $1, it becomes more desirable for certain people."

Just a little FYI. Sirius Buzz Radio show returned last night from a
long hiatus. Great show with Spencer Osborne and a silent (broken phone) Charles. Lots of good info as well as callers. The hour just flew by.

Tune in next Thursday at 9p.m. for the April 29 show.
Charles promises to sing the theme song.

    Julie

Did anyone see the new street.com video about the 3 biggest risks to SIRIXM. Really if those are the 3 biggest risks to SIRIXM then 2 that they are talking about are paper draggons and the third while is a drag on them is sustainable, not good mind you but can be done.

First, they talked about the debt load and the interest they have to pay out on that debt. Is it alot, yes but not something new and the reason noone at this point should be taking EBITDA seriously. They act like it will not ever be paid off or that the finanials do not show that they will be able to make major payments on the actual debt in the near future. The fact still remains that while it is at this present time a drag on the profit of the company it does not look like that will stop them from being profitable soon enough even with it.

Second, they talk about the other things that compete with them (like Pandora). They say Pandora is free that is true it is if you dont mind having commercials. My only question is how is that any different then terrestrial radio. The fact is if you dont want them then you have to pay for it. They also talk about Itunes and alike and the amount of songs that the younger people have amassed on their hard drives. Well then I guess all the singers and writers should not ever put out another song, right because accounding to these twits few will listen to them. We all know what happens we get sick of the same old crap and want new. They also seem to forget the young get old and so gos their age along with what they used to like (When was the last time you saw a late 30 something or forty year old playing a drinking game, Just think about how many other things that you used to like but dont anymore). I love how they did not even bother to mention the other content that comes with SIRIXM that is not posssible to get on any of the alternatives they mentioned.

Third, they talked about the churn. While I agree it still has to come down a little bit from 2%. They say it is alot higher then DTV or AT@T service at 1.5%. What they neglect to mention is that the services and the models for getting subscribers is totally different and cannot even begin to be compared yet. They also dont tell you that at the rates inwhich SIRIXM was and still is getting subscribers is a rate at which both DTV and AT@T never saw. There is a reason they have a high churn rate, it is because they are trying to expose more people to the service then the other services they talked about. What they did not mention is that they had and have a loyal (about) 15 million selfpaid subscriber base that has really gone nowhere (even after two huge increases in fees).

It amazes me somethimes the things people say. I dont think you should be all yes SIRIXM has nothing to worry about but the other side of the coin is all negitive I mean really they put two guys talking about it like there are 2 different opinions but not once did the one guy mention anything that I just did, most likely because the other guy would have had nothing to come back with. Ether they are twits or they think we are, ether way I cant believe they are still in bussiness.

You want to know what the single biggest risk is to SIRIXM. It being taken over by another company (Liberty) and many of us long term investors never getting paid off in the end and all those future profits going to a company that paid almost nothing for SIRIXM or really took a risk. That is the biggest risk to SIRIXM shareholders, all of us because even the ones that got in at less then a dollar or us that averaged down below a dollar could get alot more later if we are able to just stay out of libertys hands.

I see The Street has re-released some videos and that Yahoo has picked them up again in their news results on Sirius. I think everyone should write Yahoo and complain about this and demand that they immediately remove this old nonsense...just saying looks like an active participation by Yahoo in a fraud against Sirius at a crucial time...

    Anyway, it needs to stop.

I suggest filling out the Data Inaccuracy Form or the Yahoo Finance Abuse Form.

Lets hope Mel is ready to release some good news tomorrow to counter this type of libel that seems to be possibly the start of a bashers assault on Sirius!
