    I think the short-party is over jon . . the capital structure is improved, the metrics are improved, revenue is growing, subs are being added . . . the speculation is slowly being wrung-out

    The R/S really is a non-issue long-term as the equity has reached a point (imo) where it will trade on fundamental metrics

    Annual EBITDA growth of 20% can no longer be ignored . . if you wait too much longer you will have missed a key entry point . .

    Thanks for posting

    I believe i read that Crockett of Lazard predicted it was -160,00 not -260,000 as John suggested. Just the facts. Either way Crockett is a obviously a bozo, as is
    Mr. Mathew "hooligan". Did he make a prediciton?

    Very interesting chart today - I believe Dr. Dave might call it the "Etch-a-Sketch" formation (ok, I just made that up)

    but the MM's really got this baby locked-down tighter than a clam's ass today!

    Anyway, this may be premature on my part . . . but $1.00 is now looking like a new support level to my untrained eye . . .

    Mel, have Donnelly adjourn the hearing on the 29th . . .

    It would really say a lot if $1 doesnt become the new support level. Nothing but positive news so it should be heading up.

    should be a good close Lloyd . . . including today, we have 11 trading days remaining during which organic compliance can be attained prior to the NASDAQ appeals panel hearing

    Could this be why Mel sought a postponed hearing date?

    This all seems very well planned by Mel. There is absolutely NO reason this stock shouldnt remain above $1 for the next 10 trading days based on all the news they have been reporting.

    Here are HIS names. Socialist, Communist, dumbass, twit.

    Extreme=out of the mainstream
    Right wing=on the "right wing" spectrum of political belief as opposed to the "left wing".

    I am talking about lies told by people outside of the mainstream Conservative movement about citizenship issues, death panels, teleprompters, Socialism, and all the rest. Nothing wrong with a difference of philosophy. Something wrong with extreme nonsense based on no facts.

    See the difference that words have?
