Does anyone think that because its snows a lot in the winter that climate change is dispproved? Not if you have even a little bit of a brain.
There is a MAJOR difference between weather and climate and if one was interested in scientific truth they would know that.
I was just curious why Vancouver (you know home of the olympics) is having the warmest January in more than SEVENTY YEARS! YES SEVENTY YEARS not five or ten or twenty. We are talking a tad abnormal. lol.

"When an El Nino event happens, warm ocean water that normally sits near Indonesia moves across the Pacific. This can shift the flow of air across North America, changing the weather patterns across Canada."
This was predictable, Vancouver's snow fall has always generally been less then in the East. One only has to look at the state of Washington and the city of Seattle for god sake, it is the same effect.
So I know while some global warmers would like to use that as an example it is a bad one to use.
