If you had a subscribed older radio and have just upgraded to a new one, all you have to do is contact sirius, or Xm if that's the service you have, and tell them you have purchased a new radio and need to transfer your subscription from the old one to the new one. They sill then ask you for the SID number that can be located on the back of the new unit you bought and they will be able to help you from there.
