Starmate 4 not working

I recently got a Starmate 4 car kit and home dock, it worked fine for a week and now it powers up, displays "Sirius satellite radio" on the screen and nothing else happens, I tried it in the home dock and same result. any ideas?

It could be an antenna problem. I had four Sportster 4 problems, 2 of which were antenna issues.
