    People still voted for him. Thats most likely because noone except people who watch FOX ever saw that little clip.

    What democrats would now like you to think is that they are just as upset about this and it would be better for them to get a Cap and Trade bill approved because it would be better then letting the EPA do carbon regulating.

    The fact is they can in a ONE sentence bill STOP the EPA.

    The fact is many of the democrats are on record as liking what happen when the court gave the EPA power to regulate carbon emmissions.



    The fact is the EPA under this ruling could now start to regulate almost every part of your lives and the congress can stop them very easy with a ONE sentance bill.
