Hi all, I recently started a Sirius trial and decided that I love it and would like to subscribe. Additionally, I've recently purchased a new vehicle, and upgraded the stock speakers. Next up is a new head unit, and I will get something that is satellite-ready.
I will most likely get the JVC Arsenal KD-AHD59 (http://signature.crutchfield.com/s_1...9.html?tp=5684). I was planning on getting the JVC connection kit from Crutchfield as well (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_700SIRJ....html?tp=28024) which allows controlling the satellite radio through the headunit. However, I see on Crutchfield's site that there are several negative reviews indicating that the kit has issues.
I am looking for advice on the best way to get satellite in my car. My priorities are sound quality followed by interior aesthetics. That means I will get a separate unit and connect it via Aux if it sounds or works better, but I would prefer an integrated solution for looks.
What is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance.
