poor reception

i live in newfoundland and for the last couple months the signal has been crappy i tried a new antanna different docking stations and still the same crappy signal any help would be appreciated

the reception in vehicle is no good dropping in and out,tried a new antenna diffrerent docking stations antenna is locate on center of roof on ext cab truck and still same problem when moving.if i stay parked the reception is fine.reception in home docking station is good in my house i am thinking repeater problem maybe?
