The real truth about jobs I have told you before and why there are none being created

I love it lloyd puts up a link to a article by Robert Reich, he teaches at Berkeley. Here is an example of how smart students at Berkeley are:

First it was not the government CIVIL JOBS that got us out of the depression, IT WAS THE WAR. Second the government has always failed when it has tried to create jobs in its own sector the reason is it always cost way more then to do it the easy way. Small business is reasponsible for 70% of the jobs in America, yet almost no stimulas money has gone to small business. As a matter of fact ACORN could have gotten more stimulas money from the stimulas then all the small businesses. So the next time you ask yourself why is it that there still are no jobs after almost 9 months after passing the stimulas it is because almost no money has gone to the places responsible for creating 70% of the jobs in America, SMALL BUSINESS.

As a side note to the U tube video. The next time someone ask you who was the greatest president ever. Save yourselves some brain cells and just say George Washington. First do people even realize that without him having the character he had, that this country would have most likely turned out like most other revolutions in the world, replacing one bad government with another. Do people realize Washington stopped the army (with most of the sub commanders) from marching on the Continental Congress AT LEAST TWICE. He stopped himself from being King of America at LEAST THREE TIMES.

"What’s so great about leaving office? Surely it matters more what a president does in office. But think about other great military commanders and revolutionary leaders before and after Washington—Caesar, Cromwell, Napoleon, Lenin. They all seized the power they had won and held it until death or military defeat."

"Give the last word to Washington’s great adversary, King George III. The king asked his American painter, Benjamin West, what Washington would do after winning independence. West replied, “They say he will return to his farm.”

“If he does that,” the incredulous monarch said, “he will be the greatest man in the world.”

"The writer Garry Wills called him “a virtuoso of resignations.” He gave up power not once but twice – at the end of the revolutionary war, when he resigned his military commission and returned to Mount Vernon, and again at the end of his second term as president, when he refused entreaties to seek a third term. In doing so, he set a standard for American presidents that lasted until the presidency of Franklin D. Roosevelt, whose taste for power was stronger than the 150 years of precedent set by Washington."

George Washington is the only reason we even have the United States. Now while other presidents where great presidents, with or without them the United states would have survived in basically same way one way or another. One of the reason I say that is it was his character other presidents followed.
