Good morning gang. Didn't recall seeing this one mentioned yesterday -
Question. This is worth a PR?

September 22, 2009: Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) today announced that it has reached an agreement with Informa Economics, Inc., to jointly publish a series of articles regarding renewable fuels through the Company's affiliate, Big Star Informative Media, LLC. Informa Economics is a world leader in broad-based domestic and international agricultural, energy, and commodity/product market research, analysis, evaluation and consulting, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Informa will work with the Company primarily to help educate and inform the public with fact-based inputs regarding renewable fuels via the Company's website, www.evolution-fuels.com. The website contains a blog that will be updated weekly with current news, policy matters, facts, and opinions regarding the evolution of the renewable fuels industry.

Evolution Fuels CEO, Dennis McLaughlin, stated, "We believe that having this agreement with Informa Economics will provide us access to one of the premier agriculture and commodity data sources in the country. Their data, analysts, and economists will allow us to vigorously support our Company's position that renewable fuels will be a viable and critical part of this nation's energy policy in the years to come." Additionally, Evolution Fuels will utilize the Company's relationship with its affiliate, Big Star Informative Media, LLC, a subsidiary of Big Star Media Group, Inc., to publicize the information through various media outlets.

    Mr. Bradley -

Do you intend to start the share buyback this week? The O/S keeps increasing, increased 9/08/09, again last week, and again today.

    O/S share count:
    9/17/09 354,122,206
    9/21/09 354,122,206
    9/22/09 365,385,206

The press release you issued last week said you would begin the buyback early this week. The 8/26/09 PR said Quasar had all the funds needed. Yet the company continues to sell shares.

That just seems silly to me. Issuing shares and then buying them back....

    It makes sense to me..

They have issued some shares to cover some debt that they inherited. They have done that, instead of paying out cash to the debtor. Now they will start buying back shares that are out on the market.

I feel that is a very honest and legitimate answer. Now let's see if they stick with the plan.
