If anyone here is into any of the big boy stocks, My girlfriends dad turned me onto one last night. MPEL, it has something to do with asian gambling. I didn't DD and wouldn't have mentioned it if it wasn't up 10% today. One positive thing about it, Last post on shrub was a month ago!
Hey Bill, I bought a ticket on that same boat for the exact same price.I have 5 million up for sale at .0002 (Like everybody else in the Universe). It wasn't me that got rewarded. I paid $500 and it is currently worth.....$500.
MPEL is a very interesting investment. It's a casino company based in Macau. As the Asian economy continues to improve and those folks have more free money. Gambling may take off again.
This stock is certainly worth watching.
TREE, buying the bigboys as you call them is where the real money making potenial is. These penny stocks are very, very, scary. But, the Big Board stocks seem to always come back if they sink for awhile. The pennies can just sink and sink and then go away and you've lost a lot of money.
Yeah I think most people would agree with you. I got into these after watching a portfolio of nasdaq stocks go up and down a couple percent for 6 months. my plan has always been to try and play these with the leverage they offer until I can grow my (small) portfolio enough to play the slow growth that nasdaq stocks offer, and keep a small cap portfolio for fun. I made a very bad call and dumped almost my whole portfolio into MGLG at .00089 ave. I just cant bring myself to take a 70% loss and move on. It's funny because i got into these to avoid a waiting game and now that is exactly what im left with!!

I've bought and sold JetBlue three times today. I buy it in 1400 share packs, let it rise 8 cents and sell it. Each time, it's a hundred bucks in the bank. I do that on a daily basis with Sprint also.
I call those like JetBlue and Sprint "Milkers". I love Milkers.
