    Hey Jeff,

I won that money playing Pegasus ... a slot machine. It was a pretty good deal. You go to the casino, give them your card and play for a couple of hours and then they give you a $20 comp for dinner or what ever meal that you want. Top of the shelf food! I ate Salmon and Halibut every day.

It wasn't like the blue Beef and yellow Chicken in "Las Vegas Vacation" that Chevy Chase and Cousin Eddy were eating.

Speaking of fish...I was reading through here and I haven't seen Andy posting..maybe I just missed it. Andy, are you here? I am going to fire up the fish that you sent me this weekend!

I have some Lima beans soaking tonight and will throw in some onions, celery and carrots and cook them up in the morning and then make some cornbread to go with it all. I love food tripping....but the most important things first....MM..it it Friday night and I haven't had a drink in 9 days. I think some MM over ice tonight will hit the spot....oh ya... I have some stuff to post, so please comment on it...good or bad..or whatever. I really feel revived again..I needed it.

We definitely missed you, our fearless leader

How about them Bronco's? It was impossible not to wonder what your reaction was on that brilliantly programmed play ...

Hope you had a good time, sounds pretty good monetarily.

    Hey Tib!

I see that you held the fort down here. I was reading some of the posts and the Marty Feldman thing had me roaring. I loved that guy. Young Frankenstein was a complete gas, not to mention all of the other movies.

It doesn't look like I really missed too much stock-wise. I see there were some little ins and outs here and there, but nothing off of the richter scale. What is up with EVFL? I have my sell in for .0002. It could take a year or two. I haven't checked any news on it yet. I guess it has become a long term investment.

Glad someone got that ... - Classic movie, yeah all of them ... Wilder was such a unique personality ... Even Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, good grief there was a time when they used to show TWO movies at the theaters for the price of one and that was always paired with something, I bet conservatively or forcefully I have seen it 20 times.

Anyway ... Not miss much? The whole frothy Sponge business? The shrubettes were practically drowning in their own bubbles! QASP is doing the buy back next week ... love this stock even if I am still a shade under, up to 150K shares now. Miggle ... the good news? You can read the whole spoke board on it daily in under 20 seconds ... lol - EVFL ... At least they can't take it much further ... What else do we own ...? SIRI seemingly survived the weak attempts by those other MM's to get everyone alarmed over the delisting NEXT year ... BEHL - they should just merge with EVFL and become Bio-Evolution Algae Nefarious Systems - Or BEANS for short ...

    yum! I love lima beans...

Welcome back, Bill. Sounds like you had an enjoyable vacation...

I'll be having a cocktail, myself, & checking in later for your stories.

Full disclosure: I'm not certain what I enjoy more on this forum - the real deal on the market or the personal stories. There are a great many interesting folks here...

I figure I'd be hanging around - if only lurking - even if I weren't invested in any companies ;-)

Again, it's good to have you back...

    Hey Ramsey,

You should pop in more often, it's great reading your thought's here ... I kind of just ... flat-lined on 'that other site' but more so just due to being pleasantly distracted by these pennies, it was the perfect ailment for what was becoming all too consuming with SIRI ...

Had to pop back in and offer up this little nugget for entertainment -

    http://www.marketwatch.com/story/har...ard-2009-09-09

Went off on some rabbit trail checking out NITE (The Devil) and ended up at the linked PR ... It's just unbelievable the butchering of language and grammar ... Not sure which is worse, the writers or the allowance of them on their service. There has got to be a market for proof readers out there somewhere or maybe it's just the text generation mentality taking over and no one really cares anymore.

Then there is the content itself ... Quite comical ...

Hey Tib - thanks, I appreciate it...

Fact is, my head was about to explode from being on the computer so much. I had to step away from things for a little while.

You may remember, I headed out to Burning Man for what was supposed to be a week. I don't remember if I mentioned anything about the actual trip or not.

Funny thing is, I was ready to turn around several times...my heart just wasn't in it. I did make it there - set up - hung out for a few days and returned four days early.

Full disclosure: Don't talk smack about going on a guy's trip when you've not been away from your family for some time. yep, this was the first time that I had been away from my son since he was two years old.

A lot has changed - I missed him tremendously; the wife, too

I did get off my butt and take a few pictures, though.

    You can see them at:

    http://gallery.me.com/useyourimaginary

Anyway, I sold some shares and was leaning towards stepping away from the market for a spell. I wound up repurchasing today to add to the shares that I kept.

I guess that I'm addicted to the stuff like the rest of you...

There will come a day, however, that I will not be connected to the World Wide Spider Web...

    anyway...

My cocktail is working nicely...I'd better watch it, before long I'll be telling y'all all about everything

Again, thanks for the kind words -- you all are quite lovely, yourselves.

    Thanks, Ramsey....I had a ball.

I get back to Washington...I am there five days and my Mom has surgery ( a herniation from a surgery last year ). So we gambled a few days and then kicked back (my Dad and I) and then I came home. My Mom is in in really good shape, so...The next visit will rock. My wife came back three days before me..What a screwed up vacation schedule we have...but we have fun.

I am on my second cocktail...I am amazed. After nine days a guy can taste the liquor again.
