    After reading all the below reports.....

    none of them seem encouraging. By todays trading, I am very concerned that Sirius and XM will not survive without a merger. What are the values of the sats to other companies if sat radio dies?

    Wow...who was behind today's selloff? BAC and Goldman? This one hurts. I feel the merger has been denied and someone knows about it.

    Everything was down today.....

    The Dow Jones industrial average was down 336.94 points, or 2.42 percent, at 13,593.07. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 37.91 points, or 2.45 percent, at 1,511.47. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 57.20 points, or 2.00 percent, at 2,801.92.

    I agree. Todays selloff had nothing to do with the FCC or the companies. It had to do with the fact that everyone was panicing and selling.
