Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QASP) (formerly) Equus Resources, Inc. (EQUR).

Quasar Aerospace announced that at a special meeting of its board of directors on August 5th, the board authorized The Chief Executive Officer to sign the agreement in principle to acquire our Target Acquisition #4 (TA#4). It has been agreed that TA#4 must be closed simultaneously with the three previously announced acquisitions. Therefore the closing date for all four has been delayed until August 28, 2009. This deal will more than double the previously announced forecasts for both revenue and profit for 2010. We are now estimating that our 2010 revenue will exceed $150 million and our pre-tax profit is estimated at approximately $33 million.

It sounds like BCLE is really getting its shit together. Now that the audit is ending tomorrow or Monday, good things could start to happen. It has been a long wait, but will be worth it IMO. I am patient most of the time.

Notice how they put the wrong title to the PR. It is the same as yesterday's buyback PR. That's odd, hopefully they fix it and it gets some added attention. But all in all some great news with doubled revenues and profits due to this new addition to QASP.

I think this is the calm before the storm. BCLE knows what it is doing. People have just dropped out because of the time involved. When this sucker climbs it goes fast...

Behl closed at .0555 I looked after I lowered my buy again from .055 to .05. If it would of been filled while I was changing the price during the exacution it would of told my no can do, maybe tomorrow at .05 I just have a hard time laying out .05 a share vs .0038 where i should of got in......but may lead to a quick double or more....Thoughts please.........Tony

I've been doing some spring clean up around the yard after market closes....Ya i know its summer...Im either way late for last spring or way early for next spring but a few more days and I have it done....I will get bacK to you all later in the PM...
