Didn't get a chance to hear the whole conference call yet, but I read the transcript on Seekingalpha.

One question: In the transcript, when Mel is talking about the importance of voting he states " If you do not vote, it'll be counted as a “no” vote"

There are two ways to read this...

Will it be counted as a no vote, as in there was not a vote counted.

or,

Will it be counted as a vote against the merger? No, as opposed to Yes.

I could look it up, but if somebody knows off hand, would be good.
