Jason Ellis, cancelled?

Hey you guys, I'm new to this and I joined to hopefully get an answer from somebody..


I listen to The Jason Ellis Show everyday and I just heard something about today being his last show? I heard maybe he has been cancelled or his contract is up? I hear bits about it on the show but never a reason..can someone help me out?


This sucks if it's true, it's the only reason I pay monthly for this shit!

It has been known for quite some time that today was the last day of Ellis's contract. He has been talking about it of and on for the last couple of weeks.

I agree that this stinks, I think Jason has built quite a following as of late and this is going to be another shitstorm of negative press if they dont get him renewed.

Why do we keep having to listen to contract negotiation crap on the last day of someones contract? I hope its to build suspense and create compelling radio and not a continuing trend for all of Sirius XM's talent.

Ellis was on air today and although I didnt catch the show or hear about the deal he did say that he was back in action. Mini crisis averted!
