    Pink Sheets/OTC Stock Watchlist

The weekly market thread has become very popular. People toss around stocks all the time, but they are getting lost in the shuffle. Here you can post stocks for anyone to look at and if they turn out to be good buys, we'll discuss them in the weekly thread. Post the ticker and any research or reason for putting them on this watchlist. TY and GL

we're also invested in BEHL and BCLE on top of MGLG. we're discussing those 3 in the weekly market thread and keeping a very close eye on them daily. BCLE is the big sleeper. DYODD. anyone is welcome to join in our discussion in the other thread and ask any questions they may have.

so far the big 3 are MGLG, BEHL, and BCLE...i personally am looking to add more tickers to my portfolio, im sure others are as well. alot of good talk with intelligent investors there. JOIN US!

this thread is strictly a watchlist. discussions or any questions about the stocks should be in the WEEKLY MARKET THREAD.

    Sfnl

Someone somewhere mentioned this stock. When I first looked at the chart it looked quite interesting as the chart showed some volatility and a possibility to pull in short term profit taking of up to 20%. But . . . . read on.

    SFNL

    Currently: .10

    Secured Financial Network
    Started 29 November 2005

Secured Financial Network, Inc. is a Pompano Beach, Florida-based Company that engages in a full-spectrum of processing for e-commerce and traditional business transactions through a PCI/CISP Compliant Payment Gateway integrated with all major Bank acquiring processors and retail transaction terminals through Virtual Payment Solutions, Inc. (http://www.virtualpaymentsolutions.com), a wholly-owned subsidiary.

    Market Cap at .024 = $980,000

    SHARE STRUCTURE
    As at June 30, 2007

    Authorized --------100,000,000 shares
    Outstanding ------- 41,800,000 shares est.
    CEO OWNS 5,311,640 SHARES
    CFO OWNS 1,500,000 SHARES

At March 31, 2009, the Company's total assets of $380,116 were exceeded by our total liabilities of $4,456,054. We had a working capital deficit of $4,210,420 which increased modestly from December 31, 2008. With the exception of our limited existing credit line with Commercial Holding AG, we have no current agreements, arrangements, or understanding for such needed capital.

Although the Company expects to generate increased revenues in the balance of 2009, due to sales of its wireless terminals and gateway transaction revenue, the Company expects to continue to incur losses at least through the first half of 2009, and there can be no assurance that the Company will achieve or maintain profitability, generate revenue or sustain future growth.

Our financial statements have been prepared on the basis that we will operate as a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. We have incurred net losses each year since inception and have relied on the sale of our securities from time to time and loans from third parties to fund our operations. These recurring operating losses have led our independent registered public accounting firm Sherb & Co, LLP to include a statement in its audit report relating to our audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2008 and 2007 expressing substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. Our ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon our ability to obtain the necessary financing to meet our obligations and repay our liabilities when they become due and to generate profitable operations in the future. We plan to continue to provide for our capital requirements through the sale of equity securities, however, we have no firm commitments from any third party to provide this financing and we cannot assure you we will be successful in raising working capital as needed. There are no assurances that we will have sufficient funds to execute our business plan, pay our obligations as they become due or generate positive operating results.

    Final observations:
The above statements by the company paint a grim future.
Lack of any volume makes this a dead stock. The apparent swings on the charts are sometimes due to trades as low as 5,000 shares.
Finally, the lack of any public relations done by IR makes this a dead stock.

My take on this is . . . . avoid.

    To: MY MENTORS,

    I have a couple I've started watching:
EVFL (evolution fuel) - .0003, the latest I read (Ihub), they are waiting on news next, they just recently changed their name.
The other one is ECCI (water purification) - this co. provides (green) treatment for public water facilities. It moved 150% on Fri., now at .0005.

    Watch'a think,
    Gi Gi
