June 25 (Reuters) - XM Satellite Radio Inc, a unit of Sirius XM Radio Inc sold $525.75 million of four-year senior secured notes in the 144a private placement market on Thursday, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $350 million.
JP Morgan was the sole bookrunning manager for the sale. Agree.but this is not about Malone,it is way better,this says to 2014 hedger's with lent shares,we are taking you out...bond holders get Guidance on all positive and Negative aspects from the company for 3 years,EX:Guidance on Profitability,so they saw what we won't see for a while and gave them an unbelievable rate in this economy and to boot wanted more debt...

Does anyone know if they have the technology to actually know how many subs are tuned in on the Stern channels. I personally don't know anyone that listens to Stern and I'm not convinced his show has as many listeners as some suggest.
hey aosborn, when stern mention something it can sometimes end up top 10 google trends, if that doesnt tell u how many people listen than i dont know what would. hey johnny when is that news gonna go out everywhere else? have not seen it yet.
