sirius owner, heres my technical analysis, GM goes BK, Siri is 50/50 retail and OEM per yesterdays meeting, they are expanding their attack to increase retail...
Net affect: additional Profit for SIRI as they already have the # of subs they need to be profitable and aren't spending efforts on OEMs this year.
We also just worked out a new deal with GM, will that still stand?
Yes, I think it will imromo24, as its a revenue stream for GM, not debt. Positive for them. Someone said something funny, I forget who. They said SiriusXM has made them more money this year and last year than they did selling cars. Funny, but if the CEO found a penny on the street, and added it to their coffers, that statement would also be true. So, basically, if you were a BK judge, with all thats on the table, and even Mel saying the deal is done, and they EXPECTED a BK GM, I think its almost guaranteed that it will hold up. Makes GM money. Suppliers cost them money. If I were a supplier of GM, I would worry.
sorry guys but im trying find the gold nugget amongst all the shit,so what im seeing that makes my heart ease a little is the fact that we fell back down from .32 but we didnt fall to .30 we appeared to have fallen to .31 and held there, this bodes well for .30 being the new support. if u look at the breakouts before they all started right after days just like this, where there is a big red bar just like today, if ur looking at an ohlc daily 6 month chart. anyway i initially thought .30 would be the support but then .34 gave me hope. this drop might of just finnaly killed the downtrend, but you know how siri loves to make people wrong
not to forget that apple thingy is on the 8th of june and rumor is thats when iphone app will be showcased. june 8th is not that far off.

wll since our initial liberty pop to the .30's the lowest we have fallen is .29, that could happen but i just dont see how they could take it lower. but it could happen i guess. im thinking .30 is the iron door, and .29 is the vault door heh.
