It doesn't matter how I vote. Unless you hold millions of shares, won't matter. However, that said, Liberty only agreed to invest if they got their way. So, I see it as a high price to pay for salvation. It's the biz reality. I agree with keeping the RS as an available option in case they need to do something to prevent delisting, but, if the SP gets over a buck, no need to RS. RS is a hugely negative thing. It should only be used as last resort. If they RS, the market cap will drop like a rock immediately thereafter, and all shareholders will be screwed. With cash flow positive projections, there should be no need for RS. The SP will rise over a buck. Patience. Sucks, yes, but as they say, 'keep your powder dry'.
