    for the record

I miss the ramblings & musings of Brandon.

And might add, that my opinion is that folks should have taken up a hobby or started walking or some other type of exercise - rather than taking their hostilities out on the man.

disclaimer: My education level & self image are both high enough that throwing stones and tantrums are unnecessary. In a similar vein, my skin is tough enough that there is very little that can be said - or otherwise written - to or about me that is going to make me cry or leave.

In the case of the latter, my departure from any site (or location) is typically due to my becoming bored with content or find that the content is no longer viable.

Ok. I had to get that off of my chest.

In other news, my wife has taken to calling me "Rammer". Um, thanks Big Ben. You're a sweetheart.

Sounds like my policy. I dont repair broken furniture until they complain 3 times. Works great, and helps my bottom line. Good job SiriusXM....
Way to make cancelling hard. If your cancelling your not going to resubscribe anytime soon, so screw you.

I certainly disagree with this thought. If a person that is thinking of subscribing hears this from a friend that is trying to cancel(that maybe was satisfied but cant afford it anymore). Wouldnt you think twice about subscribing with such a company ... I would. And certainly when that persons situation changes they wont re-subscribe either. Treat your customers with respect even when they cancel. Maybe I am just old fashioned though.

And the thought that it helps your bottom line... It may. But then again maybe you will never know of the potential customers that you lost.
