    Sirius ready to help Fcc with set aside issue,But

    Its a good read, with the Sirius lawyer playing his cards very well within this filing.

    When he mentions the constitutional issues which others have brought up in related filings in the docket. They further address the concept of re-activating all deactivated units for free. which the fcc had already declined in the past.
