The short squeeze web site gives a 2.3 short cover time frame. With the current lackluster volumn days. it's more like 8.7. The bond holders using these shorts to cover their loans has dampened interest in this stock. I agree with relmar, a good to neutral CC will make this price rise. Keep an eye in the next Short report and Monthly Auto sales.

A reduction in shorts is partially MM manipulation, and part Hedging. The MM manipulation for this Short reporting period has run dry! The short number will remain high, as a Bond holder hedged insurance of bad 1Q. But, the MM's will send a headfake to purchase via decreasing their Short positions. An announced decrease in Shorts will drive the price higher, and the cycle will start again.

The Auto sales will be flat for another 4-5 months. But as Sub numbers rise, as reflected in AUTO SALES, the number of Shorts will also drop. This drop will not be part of the MM play, it will be reflective of the Bond holder's belief in the Business Plan's success with increased Subs!

MM's buying into shorts at .43 - .41 (between 3/18 & 3/19), and then covering between .33 - .36 nets a 10% -20% gain. At an average of 15% per month it would take about six months for MM's to double their money.
Without Breakout data, the MM's are playing this stock like a YO-YO!

It's really simple: there's nothing to talk about. .34-.36, every day, up a little then down a little then back right to where it all started.

When nothing happens, there is nothing to talk about.

    IMHO.
