I sure found it helped me understand these suckers. One of the stocks I hold I did buy on what I thought was a low ( yeah right) and I did panick sell one, so now my eyes have been opened. It won't happen again..... I hope lol.

Frustrated yes, afraid NO!!! I'm in it for the long haul.
