Good question. Repeaters would have to be upgraded/modified/replaced to accomplish it. I'm sure it's doable, but, would have high cost most likely. If biz case could be made, it could be made to work.

the level 2 i'm looking at shows 1350 shares at .3580..after that the next sell order is 300 shares at .3780...why the skip in between ask prices and is this a good sign?

It appears the buyers are closing the gap to meet the .37 demand. I hope we break this damn stagnant price.
