    Yeah well after Katrina there was plenty of restoration on higher end developments but residential was mostly new construction. Of course, Dauphin Island like I said earlier was wiped out again during Gustav. I wish someone would explain '"barrier island dynamics" to the small homeowners and FEMA. They will not listen to me.

    The money is in the drying of the structure and not in rebuilds, gotta stop that mold. Prefer lots of wind damage and wet walls.

    Wow, FNM shot back to the opening price in seemingly the very last minute today. It had been down almost 10% for most of the afternoon. Maybe tomorrow won't be as bad as today?

    Yep - I give you that one.... you're pattern seems to have come through again.... I'm still happy - as long as we're above .32... that's what I got in with that last 15% block I bought... just another day in the tortured life of a SIRI investor... yeeee friggin haaaa....
