    2010 Debt and beyond

Does anyone have any figures for the debt payments coming due in 2010?

What are the dates and the amounts?

    Thanks...

Jay the only major one is the 250 May credit facility that was extended and that will be only 175 million by that time because SIRIXM has to pay 25 million a quarter on the principle.

I dont think that is going to be to much of a problem seeing that they dont have to come up with 60 million each year for 2009 and 2010 for MLB. They will not have to worry about paying that one again until 2011.

Yes, and now we have 100 percent confimation of this. This has been a really good month for SiriusXM. Ive never been more bullish on this company, ironically smack dab in the middle of the worst recession of my life. If only.... If only.... Can you imagine where we would be if they sold 15 million cars last year, had the merger approved in Jan, and never needed Malone.....
    Wow, im almost in tears....

    That's awesome...

I'm glad to hear that. I think things will continue to improve every quarter. I just didn't want to get blindsided again. I initially bought over 2 bucks, and I kept buying and buying all the way down. I've never sold a share.

Has anyone looked at LCAPA and LINTA? Is LCAPA the one to buy if you want to take advantage of that refinancing?

I know, I know, and believe me I feel it to. I have to admit I was a little down thinking that the 2nd quarter was going to be terrible for the PPS but if they show the metrics I think they can show then it may not be so bad. I really dont think they need any more subs to be profitable at this point. They really need to just show that, of course that will not get the PPS up to better levels without showing growth but it should keep it from falling so much.

I feel your pain brother. I had at one time made 120,000 from 25,000 at first in this stock. I now not only put that 120,000 back in but the original 25,000 back in also. Up till a little while ago I had another 5,000 extra in. It is getting a little better though I am almost able to say I got my 5,000 back out. Then I screwed up and bought back in at .2975. God will I ever learn. I swear this time when I pull my money out it is out for good this time.

I know but I mean it this time??? Do you know how many times I told killerkaul and cos1000 that that was it, no more in this stock only to be saying it again on the next drop to .70 and .5 and .36 and I cant go on because it is making me sick again. Some of my problem is I have so many accounts with SIRIXM in them that the difference in PPS (between buys) is not so bad in each account until you take them all into consideration, then I feel like throwing up.

Dont throw up. It only takes one bad trade to erase 100 good trades. Story of my 08. Actually didnt do too bad last year, MINUS SIRIUS. lol
But I think were in the right direction now. Im trying to channel all my negative hatred for this stock, into treating it like I just read everything there is to know about SiriusXM, and decided to buy it at .25 cents(current buy in). Its hard, but working so far.

I would love to see Sirius announce negative subscriber growth but positive EBITDA. That would seal the deal on this stock and cause the PPS to skyrocket. If we got verification that Sirius could be profitable with this many or even fewer subs, I think we explode in value.
