    Hows does billing work Premium?

How does billing work for Sirius Internet Premium? Can you sign up for a year and get a discount, or is it always just $2.99 per month?

I'm in the process of renewing my membership, and it gives you the option of upgrading to Premium, or staying with regular for free, but the difference in payment is only $1. So I'm assuming that the Internet Premium is billed monthly, separately, but then what's the dollar difference for?

The $2.99 for internet radio is billed every month on your billing day of the month, day your account was set up unless set up on the 29, 30, or 31 then bills on the 1st of the month. So the $1 difference is for the first partial month to get you to your "BDoM" then will charge the full $2.99 each month after that.

Is the "premium" the only option for the $2.99? There isn't a "non-premium" for free is there?
