As for dope - I have been openly / honestly portraying my opinion about this stock for long enough now most posters here at least understand I have no agenda aside from my concern as a retail siri investor...

    Again - if you think SIRI is such a joke - I don't see any logical reason why you'd invest in it - much less spend time on a board called "sirius buzz" which you should already know will have investors serious about the company and seeking objective information from those with the experience to know.

    Yet you attack my credibility because I call you out...

    After changinginto my Chief Inspector Clouseau costume I called Scottrade. It appears that the "shares received" "shares delivered" entries in my account were after the merger and the name change to "XM". In addition.. i was told " we can use your shares to short, in your original documents when you set up your margin account you give us that authority"... he also said that it would have no effect on my ability to to sell any shares in my account. I had to end the call and didn't get to ask if I can stop my shares from being lent for shorting, but I think it may be a term of margin accounts that can't be changed or i may have to go to a cash account which I don't really want to do. So anyway..thanks for your input, now i can put my straight jacket back on.

    good call on the close today. I didn't quite get in early enough to drop my order when we were at the low - or I'd have picked up a few more shares. It's nice to see it climb up past .30 in AH....

    Hopefully next week will be a nice consolidation then rise again.
