    Uptick Rule

Some of the biggest news today-the SEC may reinstitute the uptick rule. This will cut back on some of the shorting.

Brandon that is great news.this was right before the bk filing you predicted and only a 7% increase...i guarantee you it will be below 100 mil on next report,if not lower...next report will include up to March 13th,this friday, that will be a better barometer on your bk and 2 mil sub loss for 09...AGREE?
The shorters have gotten out as institutional holdings are down 6% since then..

I'm not so sure. They've been shorting the hell out of it recently since the finance news hit. We ALL know this stock should have risen a lot more on the refi news. I expect a bigger report next time to prove the manipulation.

I think the sp didn't move after refi news because the street wants to see the annual and 4Q and looking forward bussiness plans to really start accumulating it.A positive cash flow 4Q and adj EBITDA for 4Q plus for 09 will do it i think. Basically a VIABLE COMPANY,you know, like they teach you in bussiness school...Rev in Minus exp out should =Profit

if you'd like some manipulation proof. here ya go.

it's really scary when you can go through after hours trades and see them individually.

if you look at the screenshot, it's at 17:01.

it had just started hitting .16 hard 10 minutes before that at 16:50. start at page 7 with this link and just look at the trades starting at the first .16 till you get to the bottom of page 4.

tell me what you guys think? am i crazy?

yes, some of them were for increases in pps but that just shows you that they can walk the price up and down whenever and however they want. maybe that's not the manipulation you were talking about but it's what i've been watching for the past month.

This is the end of Feb #'s.

They closed Liberty deal in March - useless information except for Brandon who wants it to go down so he could buy lower.

    Pathetic.

You're no more crazy than the rest of us friend ... I've been watching the same thing - over the course of the last month...

That's why every time I hear everyone get so excited and expect a jump - I take a look at those tables over the course of the past few weeks/months and until I see an indication we aren't being walked up/down I'm not overly optimistic for the short term...

I'm anxious to see how the uptick rule affects those bastards.... again - I'll wait and see....
